Ich glaube an bewusste Irreführung. 
Man halte Politiker und ihre Helfershelfer nicht für dumm und frage lieber nach den Absichten, die hinter ihrer Dummstellung stehen.  
Inkompetenz gilt als schädlich, Irreführung aber als schändlich. 
Da handelt man sich bei den Meinungsgegnern doch lieber den Vorwurf der Inkompetenz ein.]]></description>
